Reservations are closed
Halo is no longer taking reservations or payments. This page stays published because it still governs the reservations already placed, and those commitments stand unchanged. If you reserved a Halo and want your money back, email founders@gethalo.care and we will refund it. To follow the build instead, join the waitlist.
A reservation is meant to be a low-risk way to back Halo early. You can cancel it and get your money back, in full, any time before your device ships.
Your $100 founding-member payment — the full price of the device — is fully refundable at any time before your device ships. Email us and we will return it to the original payment method, usually within five business days and always within ten.
If Halo has not shipped by April 30, 2027, every outstanding deposit is refunded in full, automatically, without anyone needing to ask.
Halo is still in development, and specifications may change before shipment. If we make a material change you are not happy with, you may cancel for a full refund. We will tell reservation holders about material changes by email.
You have 30 days from delivery to return a Halo device for a full refund of the purchase price. It should be in reasonable condition, with the charger and box. We pay return shipping in the United States.
If your device arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we replace it rather than refunding it. Write to us and we will arrange it.
You can cancel Pro at any time and keep it until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate mid-period cancellations, but if you cancel within seven days of a charge and have not used Pro during that time, email us and we will refund it.
Email founders@gethalo.care from the address on your order, and tell us your order number if you have it. There is no form and no phone tree.
