These terms govern founding-member reservations placed on athomehealth.co. By reserving a Halo, you agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A reservation is a deposit that holds one of 100 founding-member spots for a Halo device that has not yet been manufactured or shipped. It is not a completed purchase, and it does not guarantee a ship date.
The $100 deposit is charged when you reserve. It is credited in full against the price of your device when it ships, so it is not an extra cost. Your card is not charged again until then, and we will email you the final amount before we charge it.
Every founding-member reservation includes three months of Halo Pro at no charge, the founding-member price locked in, and direct email access to the founders while Halo is being built.
Halo is expected to ship in April 2027. Any date shown on the site or in an email is an estimate. Manufacturing, supply chain, and certification timelines can move, and we will tell you when they do rather than let a date slide quietly.
Halo is in active development. Specifications, features, materials, and app design may change before shipment. We will email reservation holders about any material change, and if you are not happy with it you may cancel for a full refund.
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before your device ships, by emailing founders@gethalo.care. If Halo has not shipped by June 30, 2027, we refund every outstanding deposit automatically. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for detail.
The founding-member price is locked in for your reservation. If we lower the price before your device ships, you get the lower price. If costs rise, your price does not.
Two devices per household. We may cancel reservations we believe were placed for resale. Reservations are not transferable, though you can change the shipping name and address before your device ships.
Halo is a wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for medical care or for an emergency service. Please reserve with that understanding.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a delay in shipment or a change to the product. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid toward your reservation.
Questions about your reservation go to founders@gethalo.care and are answered by a founder.
